Composites Exhibition of Shangwei Carbon Fiber ended successfully!
The 26th China International Composites Industry Technology Exhibition was successfully held at the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Center from September 12 to 14, 2023. At this exhibition, Shangwei Carbon Fiber exhibited the latest thermosetting material recycling solutions and displayed the EzCiclo series of products, demonstrating Shangwei's strong R&D capabilities and continuous innovative development momentum.

At the exhibition, recyclable composite materials and products received extensive attention and media coverage. Visitors came in an endless stream for consultation. The staff warmly received the visiting customers, and the professional and thoughtful answers were unanimously recognized by the visitors.

EzCiclo, independently developed by Swancor, has obtained ISO 14021 and ISO 14064 certifications, and its recycling rate can reach ≥95%. Composite parts made of EzCiclo can be recycled and degraded after their service life. CleaVER technology turns waste into recycled fibers and oligomers. Recycled fibers can be sorted and reused to make glass fiber and carbon fiber composite materials again. The entire degradation and recycling process is simple and low-carbon, reducing the consumption of raw materials, breaking the previously thought impossible business model of the thermosetting material recycling industry, and finding a recyclable and reusable solution to promote a green circular economy.

On September 12, Shangwei's "Recyclable Resin for Wrapping Hydrogen Cylinders" won the 2023 19th "China Composites Exhibition-JEC" Innovation Product Award.
This product is mainly used in two major areas: vehicle-mounted compressed hydrogen/natural gas fuel cylinders and respirators. The recycling rate of cylinder composite materials is ≥95%, and the recycled resin and fiber can be 100% reused. Multiple resin products in the same series have obtained ISO 14021 certification.
At this exhibition, Swancor was awarded this honor, which shows that Swancor's EzCiclo recycling technology has been widely recognized in the industry for its application in composite materials. Currently, EzCiclo series products can be applied to a wide range of industries, including wind turbine blades, sports and leisure, rail transportation, shipbuilding and the automotive industry.
